Join our great team as: **HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR** Education: Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Psychology Gender: No preference Age: 30 to 50 years old Experience: 5 years in personnel administration, recruitment, and training KNOWLEDGE: ● Up-to-date knowledge of current labor legislation. ● Proficiency in payroll systems and HR ERP systems. ● Mastery of Microsoft Office tools and adaptability to learn new platforms RESPONSIBILITIES ● Recruitment and selection of staff (operational, administrative, and mid-level management). ● Payroll administration, payroll incidents, and personnel file management. ● Coordination of training processes and performance evaluations. ● Coordination and supervision of talent attraction, selection, and onboarding processes. ● Management of personnel administration (contracts, hiring/termination, payroll, attendance control). ● Implementation and follow-up of development programs, organizational climate initiatives, and labor regulatory compliance.
