




Position Summary: Human Resources Coordinator to manage payroll, personnel files, onboarding and offboarding processes, workplace climate assessments and training, and ensure regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages payroll and personnel files. 2. Administers onboarding and offboarding processes. 3. Implements workplace climate assessments and training. A growing company establishing its Human Resources department requires a Human Resources Coordinator. Responsibilities: 1. Manage the calculation and biweekly payroll disbursement in accordance with the Federal Labor Law, internal policies, and guidelines established by the General Management. 2. Administer and validate payroll incidents: absences, tardiness, overtime, vacations, economic days, and medical leaves. 3. Administer and maintain up-to-date physical and digital personnel files, ensuring proper inclusion of employment contracts, legal documentation, and labor records. 4. Execute the onboarding process for new employees according to established guidelines, including IMSS registration, contract signing, and delivery of institutional documentation. 5. Execute the administrative offboarding process for employees, including IMSS deregistration, documentation compilation, and operational support for final settlements or severance payments. 6. Conduct workplace climate and psychosocial risk assessments per NOM-035-STPS-2018, safeguarding evidence and following up on defined action plans. 7. Implement and monitor the Annual Training Plan, coordinating announcements, 8. Attendance lists, certificates, and supporting evidence. 9. Manage labor calendars and recurring obligations: IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT transactions (registrations, cancellations, and modifications). 10. Prepare and administer employment contracts in accordance with authorized templates and guidelines. 11. Prepare and safeguard Human Talent area evidence for internal and external audits (QMS, STPS, IMSS). 12. Record and report Human Talent operational indicators: turnover, absenteeism, payroll incidents, training progress, and workplace climate assessment results. 13. Address operational inquiries from employees regarding payroll, benefits, and administrative and Human Talent processes. 14. Issue internal operational communications from the Human Talent area. 15. Provide operational support in executing Human Talent processes such as Performance Evaluation, Recruitment and Selection, and Workplace Climate Assessment, in accordance with guidelines established by General Management, without assuming responsibility for designing, deciding upon, or leading such processes. 16. Safeguard sensitive employee information, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection guidelines.
