




Position Summary: An HR professional responsible for comprehensive human capital management in stores, ensuring labor stability and achievement of business performance indicators. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive human capital management and labor stability at store level 2. Strategic support to branches and team leadership 3. Payroll pre-processing administration, incident management, and workplace climate management Ensure proper human capital management at store level, guaranteeing compliance with labor stability requirements and achievement of key business performance indicators, while providing strategic support to branches. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position. * Experience managing operational staff (100+ employees). * Flexible working hours and willingness to relocate within the region. **Main Responsibilities** * Payroll pre-processing and incident administration. * Monitoring turnover and absenteeism indicators. * Onboarding. * Implementation of performance evaluations. * Workplace climate and labor relations management. * Compliance with the Federal Labor Law. **Competencies** * Leadership and results orientation. * Decision-making ability. * Negotiation and conflict management skills. * Organizational and planning skills. * Internal customer orientation Salary: Up to $25,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Major medical expense insurance * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
