Support in internal and external audits **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** * PLAN, DIRECT, AND CONTROL HUMAN, MATERIAL, AND TIME RESOURCES TO DELIVER QUALITY SERVICE, CREATE AN EXTRAORDINARY EXPERIENCE, AND ACHIEVE COMPLETELY SATISFIED CUSTOMERS. **REQUIREMENTS:** * MINIMUM 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE IN THIS FIELD * PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT SKILLS * KNOWLEDGE OF AUTOMOTIVE MECHANICS, ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS, AND PROCESSES * VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE; ABILITY TO DRIVE BOTH AUTOMATIC AND MANUAL TRANSMISSION VEHICLES **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * COORDINATE WORK WITH THE WORKSHOP MANAGER, CONTROLLER, AND BODY & PAINT SUPERVISOR * MONITOR WORKSHOP EFFICIENCY TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE * TRACK AFTER-SALES PERFORMANCE THROUGH KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATOR REPORTS * SUPPORT INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL AUDITS Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
