




Position Summary: We are seeking a Food Safety Coordinator to lead and implement the food safety culture across our facilities, managing systems and training staff. Key Highlights: 1. Your primary mission will be to lead, implement, and supervise the food safety culture across our facilities. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Management: Maintain and improve the food safety management system * Risk analysis: Lead the team and conduct hazard analysis and critical control points (HACCP) * Audits: Coordinate internal food safety audits * Training: Train staff on good manufacturing practices (GMP) and food safety culture * Monitoring: Oversee prerequisite programs (cleaning, pest control, traceability, and food defense) **REQUIRED PROFILE:** * Education: Degree in Food Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or related field * Minimum experience: 1 year * Soft skills: Strong yet empathetic leadership, analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication Employment type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discount * Discounts and preferential pricing * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms Work location: On-site employment
