Evaluates and inspects the execution of internal works or those contracted by the organization. Reviews completed projects and provides relevant observations. Performs required expansions and renovations. Provides technical advice and resolves technical inquiries within their area of expertise. Prepares sketches, diagrams, quantity take-offs, among others. Studies environmental and construction areas. Prepares and/or requests estimated budgets from companies in the field. Attends and participates in departmental meetings as well as on-site construction supervision. Discusses and analyzes, jointly with department personnel, upcoming construction works. Plans, controls, and requests rehabilitation and equipment upgrades for the Institution’s physical infrastructure. Participates in preparing the unit’s budget. Prepares reports on area studies and descriptive project reports for architectural projects. Analyzes building projects to verify compliance with established construction regulations. Designs regulatory instruments for physical infrastructure development. Monitors the Institution’s Master Plan. Complies with the organization’s comprehensive safety standards and procedures. Maintains orderly equipment and workplace, reporting any anomalies. Prepares periodic reports on activities carried out. WE OFFER: SALARY: $16,000 MONTHLY + PL + S.S.
