a. Review the work schedule and arrive on-site with the client according to the service visit and work area access protocol. b. Conduct equipment survey using the Air Conditioning Survey Form, if this is the first time the service is being performed. c. Check the operational alarm status of the air conditioning equipment. d. Identify the scope of equipment energization and proceed with Preventive Maintenance in accordance with the procedure. e. Perform Corrective Maintenance when the equipment does not operate under specified conditions or when equipment operation cannot be restored. f. Follow the protocol for requisitioning replacement parts or components for equipment. g. Inform the client of actions or recommendations for Predictive Maintenance, to ensure continued proper equipment operation and prevent equipment failure, based on the results obtained from the performed maintenance service. h.
