Unit Price Analyst ªª Requirements: ª Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (degree certificate and professional license) - MANDATORY ª Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar positions and on-site work ª Advanced proficiency in Neodata, AutoCAD, and Excel - MANDATORY ª Willingness to travel. ª Employment stability ªª Key Responsibilities: ª Develop and analyze unit prices considering productivity rates and actual execution conditions. ª Prepare economic proposals for tenders. ª Knowledge of public procurement regulations and procedures (LOPSRM and its Regulation). ª Cost integration according to unit price analysis methodology. ª Determination of indirect costs for headquarters and field operations. ª Calculation of financing and profit based on tender specifications. ª Interpretation of tender documents, technical annexes, drawings, and specifications. ª Budget-program linkage and scheduling of construction projects. ª Monitoring of physical and financial progress. ª Assessment of budgetary risks and analysis of market fluctuations.
