Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in textile cutting and pattern drafting to ensure precision in garment manufacturing and optimal material utilization. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in textile cutting and pattern drafting, preferably for uniforms. 2. Proficiency in fabric spreading, manual pattern drafting, and cutting processes. 3. Knowledge of pattern interpretation and adjustment, as well as sample development. **Requirements / Experience:** * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in **textile cutting and pattern drafting**, preferably in uniform manufacturing. * Proficiency in **fabric spreading, manual pattern drafting, and cutting**. * Knowledge of **pattern interpretation and adjustment**. * Development of **physical samples for production**. * Familiarity with handling various fabric types and material optimization. * Experience in **garment workshops or textile contract manufacturing (mandatory)**. * Ability to work in an organized, precise manner and adhere strictly to technical specifications. **Job Responsibilities** * Inspect and verify fabric availability to fulfill orders. * Plan and organize pattern drafting according to sizes, styles, and required quantities. * Spread fabric correctly to ensure cutting precision. * Perform pattern drafting on fabric in accordance with technical specifications. * Execute fabric cutting ensuring dimensional accuracy and optimal material utilization. * Sort, bundle, and label cut pieces by size, style, and quantity. * Inspect and adjust existing patterns to ensure correct garment construction. * Develop new patterns when necessary, based on order requirements. * Produce physical samples for pre-production validation. * Maintain orderly storage of fabric rolls and proper organization of the work area.
