**Team Leader - Crew Leader** --------------------------------------- **About the Position** ------------------- Responsible for operational results and employee development within their shift, serving as the liaison between management and staff; therefore, must always keep the company’s interests in mind. Leads and guides the team. **What You Will Do** -------------------- Coordinates the team’s daily activities to ensure manufacturing operations comply with established specifications and production schedules—volume, cost, and waste targets—as well as quality standards. Leads their crew (Operators A, B, C, and D), additional personnel, and/or support areas (temporary staff and contractors within their work area).
