Three years of experience in a similar position within the real estate sector. Topographic surveys (Total Station and GPS); Point staking. Responsibilities: Assist in supervision of construction processes (streets and platforms). Assist in supervision of construction processes for electrical, voice, and data networks. Assist in supervision of construction processes for hydrosanitary networks. Assist in supervision of concrete placement processes (sidewalks, curbs, gutters, etc.). Assist in handover processes to operating agencies (WATER, ELECTRICITY, PUBLIC LIGHTING, and PUBLIC WORKS). Layout and leveling using precision instruments (fixed level and total station).
