




Position Summary: Project Manager responsible for executing projects with regard to quality, timeline, and cost, leading teams and ensuring compliance with standards. Key Highlights: 1. Development and monitoring of projects with a quality focus We are seeking your talent as a **Project Manager with experience in Telecommunications/Mobile, to work in Mérida, Yucatán.** Position Objective: Ensure project execution in terms of quality, timeline, and cost—reflected in revenue aligned with company requirements—through quotation, planning, control, and evaluation of available resources. **Key Responsibilities:** * Promote and implement WFI Mexico’s core values * Review and validate quotations and sales opportunities * Request the creation of Cost Centers for various projects * Notify client-owned material and/or equipment arrivals or departures * Communicate the scope of each project to all stakeholders * Schedule payments to suppliers and contractors * Provide necessary resources for project development * Guide team members regarding assigned tasks and required documentation * Monitor project progress against the plan * Collaborate with the client on project planning, control, execution, and monitoring * Approve costs required for project development * Review project results and forecasts—including costs, revenue, invoicing, collections, progress, and risks—using the Project Summary * Take corrective actions for deviations affecting billable deliverables * Report activity progress and any project-related issues to the Operations Director * Evaluate skills and knowledge of team members * Support the Quality Assurance department in generating evidence and meeting standards * Ensure compliance—jointly with the Quality Assurance department—with occupational safety requirements, use and handling of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), report completion, safe driving practices, audits, and training * Provide activity-derived information to the Quality Assurance department for proper analysis and action planning * Seek guidance and coaching from the Quality Assurance department on applying internal and client-specific quality and safety standards **Minimum Required Experience:** * **5 verifiable years** **Education:** * **Engineering / Business Administration** **We Offer:** * **Salary commensurate with experience** * **Statutory benefits effective immediately** * **Career growth opportunities** If you meet the profile, please send your updated CV.
