




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced breakfast cook responsible for the full operation of the breakfast line, food preparation, and maintaining high standards of hygiene. Focus on hygiene and order in the work area * **"BREAKFAST COOKING AND EGG HANDLING EXPERIENCE"** * **Weekly tips.** * **One weekday day off.** * Staff meals * **Appearance and hygiene:** Arrive clean and wearing the **complete and correct uniform**. * **Breakfast responsibilities:** **Open, set up, and operate** the breakfast line and **serve staff meals**. * **Production:** Prepare assigned stews and foods. * **Food organization and control:** Stews must be **clean, covered, dated**, and kept in a **cold bain-marie** during service. * **Continuous cleaning:** Keep the **work area, griddle, refrigerator, shelves, trash, fryer, and hood** consistently clean. * **Scheduled cleaning:** Clean grills once per week and the griddle daily. * **Shift closing:** Leave the area completely clean before departure. * **Support and supervision:** **Follow the Chef’s instructions** and report any spoiled proteins. * **Key preparations:** Prepare baby cactus paddles, banana leaves, roasted onions, and assemble the meat tray every Monday Employment type: Full-time Salary: $11,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Free uniforms Work location: On-site employment
