Karri México is a **logistics company** founded in **2020**, with a clear objective: **to revolutionize how deliveries and logistics operations are managed**. **Job Objective** Responsible for the company’s financial management, internal auditing, and accounting through reconciliation of receipts and payments, control and issuance of invoices, analysis of bonuses and discounts, administration of administrative activities, and preparation of reports for the support team. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform payment reconciliations with banks, clients, and suppliers. * Download, classify, and organize invoices for the accounting department. * Support electronic invoicing and tracking of receipts and payments. * Review reports on bonuses, discounts, and deductions applied to payments. * Prepare periodic financial and administrative reports (cash flow, expenses, income, etc.). * Monitor compliance with Mexico’s Digital Platforms Law, ensuring correct tax withholding and filing. * Manage and analyze financial databases using advanced Excel and Google Sheets (G\-Suite). * Support internal audits or administrative reviews. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Accounting. * 2–4 years of experience in accounting or finance roles. * Solid knowledge of electronic invoicing, CFDI, SAT, and the Digital Platforms Law (Income Tax/Value Added Tax). Experience in bank reconciliations, administrative tasks, and revenue control. * Experience with ERP or accounting systems (e.g., Contpaqi, QuickBooks, or similar). * Practical knowledge of at least one leading market tool, such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
