Job Summary: We are seeking a food product preparer to ensure proper packaging and product quality by operating machinery and maintaining records. Key Responsibilities: 1. KNOWLEDGE OF GOOD MANUFACTURING PRACTICES. \*FLEXIBILITY TO WORK ROTATING SHIFTS WORK LOCATION: TONALÁ, CENTRO. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \*Maintain documentation records related to product packaging, equipment cleaning, and area cleaning. \*Operate packaging machinery \*Load the machine's hopper with finished product and ensure the machine does not run out of product \*Supply packaging materials to the packaging machine as needed \*Ensure products are packaged in the correct quantity. \*Ensure pouches meet ARCASA ALIMENTOS' established quality standards. \*Weigh and record the weight of finished product pouches during the packaging process. \*Supervise that the packaging and packing process is carried out according to established procedures. \*Monitor the machine counter to ensure each box contains the specified number of pouches. \*Perform jaw cleaning on machines at scheduled intervals or as needed to prevent product quality issues.
