Job Type and Salary: Operational position, unionized level, starting salary of $ 531 per day. Shift rotation – prior experience in mold operations preferred. Summary: The Mold Assistant’s primary responsibility is to support core activities in the mold department and maintain mold operational safety during their shift. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Complete mold assembly traceability forms. * Monitor workshop mold supplies. * Adhere to company safety standards. * Implement the 6S methodology in the mold department. * Assist in mold assembly. Skills and Experience: * Use and handling of forklifts. * Technical knowledge and experience operating grinders, lathes, and workshop tools. * Organization. * Problem-solving. * Basic knowledge of 6S.
