Education: Technical degree in machinery and tools. Position Type and Salary: Operational, unionized position, starting salary of $ 531 per day. Shift rotation – prior experience in mold operations preferred. **Summary:** The Mold Assistant’s primary responsibilities include supporting core activities in the mold department and maintaining safety during mold operations throughout their shift. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** * Complete mold assembly traceability forms. * Monitor workshop mold supplies. * Adhere to company safety standards. * Implement and maintain the 6S program in the mold department. * Assist in mold assembly. **Skills and Experience:** * Operation and handling of forklifts. * Technical knowledge and hands-on experience with grinders, lathes, and workshop tools. * Organizational skills. * Problem-solving skills. * Basic knowledge of 6S.
