Preparing weekly activity and incident reports. A leading distributor of tractor-trailers in the Bajío region, expanding due to growth, is seeking a **Maintenance Technician**. Education: Technical degree or incomplete degree in industrial maintenance, electromechanics, electricity, or mechanics. Experience: 2 years of maintenance experience covering electrical, hydraulic, carpentry, plumbing, and painting tasks; proficiency in using hand and power tools. Responsibilities: * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in facilities, workshops, offices, warehouses, and common areas. * Carry out plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, welding, masonry, and technical cleaning tasks. * Request materials, spare parts, and equipment required for maintenance activities. * Verify that tools, ladders, extension cords, compressors, and other equipment are in safe and functional condition. * Respond immediately to failure reports regarding lighting, leaks, compressed air, machinery, automatic doors, pumps, sanitary fixtures, or electrical systems. * Assist with setup and dismantling of internal events, fairs, or exhibitions of units. * Collaborate on furniture, equipment, or signage relocation or reconditioning in offices and workshops. * Ensure electrical equipment and portable tools receive preventive maintenance. * Prepare weekly reports detailing completed activities, resolved incidents, and pending items.
