Job Summary: Design, develop, and build on-site customized test benches for analysis of electrical/electronic components and execution of functional tests. Key Responsibilities: 1. Development of test benches for electrical/electronic components. 2. Configuration of specific software for testing. 3. Training staff on the use of test benches. This role involves designing, developing, and building on-site customized test benches according to requirements for analyzing electrical/electronic components and performing functional tests on them to meet departmental needs. a) Develop the test concept based on analysis requirements. b) Prepare a work plan to execute the construction of the test bench. c) Build the test bench in accordance with the approved plan. d) Configure specific software for the test. e) Ensure proper operation of the test bench during use. f) Train personnel on the use of the test bench. **Requirements** **Advanced LabView programming language proficiency.** Knowledge of automation and control. Knowledge of communication protocols **(CAN, LIN, Ethernet).** Knowledge of datalogging in automotive networks. Knowledge of high-voltage systems in electric vehicles. Knowledge of energy handling and lockout procedures, high-voltage safety practices, and related tools and equipment.
