Communication and follow-up with clients and teams **Integrated Operational Assistant (Maintenance and Services)** **Job Objective:** Coordinate, supervise, and follow up on operational activities related to air conditioning equipment maintenance, building conservation, and cleaning services, ensuring completion of scheduled work, proper customer service, and appropriate communication with technical and operational teams. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities related to **air conditioning units (mini-split, packaged units, chillers)**. * Follow up on **building conservation tasks** (masonry, drywall, plumbing, electrical work, and general maintenance). * Supervise **technical staff and cleaning operators**. * Coordinate operational activities and verify that services are performed correctly. * Maintain constant communication with the work team and build trust with technical and operational staff. * Have direct contact with clients when necessary to follow up on services. * Support the organization and scheduling of maintenance and cleaning activities. * Use digital tools for reporting, service tracking, and activity control. * Prepare basic progress reports, incident reports, and service compliance reports. **Requirements:** * Experience in **operational supervision or coordination**. * Knowledge of **air conditioning equipment maintenance** (mini-split, packaged units, chillers). * General knowledge of **building conservation**: masonry, drywall, plumbing, electrical work, and general maintenance. * Experience in **cleaning services or supervision of cleaning staff**. * Proficiency with **digital tools** (mobile phone, tablet, laptop). * Experience with or knowledge of **CRM or service tracking systems**. * Professional appearance. * Leadership, organizational, and communication skills. * Ability to coordinate work teams. * Availability to **travel when necessary**. * A **responsible, reliable individual with good rapport with operational staff**. **Schedule:** * **Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.** **We Offer:** * **Salary:** $8,000 biweekly. * Job stability. * Opportunity for growth within the company.
