An American industrial company with a strong presence in Mexico is seeking an HR Staff Services Assistant. **Requirements:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field. English: Intermediate (conversational and written). Excel proficiency: Intermediate. Experience in staff support and handling payroll-related incidents. Basic knowledge of TRESS. **Functions and Responsibilities:** Provide direct staff support to resolve questions, requests, or administrative requirements. Manage and update database and report information in Excel. Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely and effective service. Resolve questions and advise employees on payroll-related matters. Knowledge of IMSS and INFONAVIT. **Competencies and Skills:** Experience in staff support. Excel proficiency (databases, filters, tables, and reports). Excellent service attitude and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team. Organization, responsibility, and task follow-up. Proactivity and commitment to efficiently manage tasks. General Office suite proficiency. The workplace is located at El Vigía II Industrial Park, Mexicali. Schedule: Monday to Friday, with schedule flexibility (schedule to be determined).
