We are seeking: HR AND RECRUITMENT ANALYST Responsibilities: * Mass recruitment of operational profiles. * Posting and dissemination of job openings across various platforms. * Recruitment and selection of administrative profiles. * Conducting initial screening interviews and competency-based interviews. * File integration and record control. * Reference verification. * Field recruitment. * Attendance at job fairs. * Development of job profiles and position descriptions. * Implementation of performance evaluations. * Onboarding and follow-up for new hires. * Administration and preparation of employee satisfaction survey reports. * Induction training courses for new hires. * Uniform issuance and inventory control. * Incident tracking and reporting. * Employee assistance and labor relations. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Psychology, or related field. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in this or similar roles. * Flexible availability. * Eagerness to learn. * Proactive, dynamic, and strong communication skills. * Initiative. * Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite.
