Prior experience with repair and preventive maintenance of daily-use gym equipment is required. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on gym equipment. * Support basic electrical, plumbing, painting, and finishing repairs. * Monitor and resolve infrastructure issues that may affect daily operations. * Coordinate specialized work with external vendors when necessary. * Maintain tools and work materials in orderly and good condition. * Promptly report maintenance needs to management. * Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
