Continuous training and job stability **COLLECTOR DE TALENTO HUMANO, S.C.** **JOIN OUR TEAM!** **"DIESEL CONTROL ANALYST"** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Gender: No preference * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Transportation, Logistics, or related field * 2 years of experience in a similar position * Basic to intermediate Excel skills * Basic knowledge of tractor-trailers (engine, RPM, performance, FC, idle) * Proficiency with DD Report and Detroit software * Use of checklists for unit assignment **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Implementation of fuel administration controls * Scanning of units equipped with Cummins engines to conduct operator analyses; interpreting ECM data for operators to provide feedback regarding unit operation and identify potential improvement opportunities * Maintaining the system updated with diesel load records * Preparing invoice reconciliations for supplier payments * Performance evaluation aimed at improving each operator’s performance, conducted jointly with the technical instructor * Enhancing and complying with departmental processes * Entering information into the database * Weekly and monthly reports (KPIs) on fuel consumption * Downloading unit data to verify unit performance **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. **WORK LOCATION:** Av.
