Telephone technical support to customers Company dedicated to the production and distribution of packaging products, machinery, and supplies (adhesive tapes, strapping) is seeking: INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN **Customer service to external clients in the following regions:** TIZAYUCA, PACHUCA, etc. **Requirements:** Completed technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in electricity, mechanics, or related field. Minimum 3 years’ experience as an electromechanical technician in INDUSTRY. Essential knowledge of pneumatics, electricity, hydraulics, mechanics, etc. Residence in the northern region of the State of Mexico or CDMX, to conduct visits to Tultitlán, Cuautitlán, Tecámac, Tepotzotlán, etc. 1-month paid training located 5 minutes from Coyuya Iztacalco metro station, CDMX. Subsequent periodic visits to the plant at this same location. Availability to provide services throughout Mexico. **Responsibilities:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on customer-site machinery (tape applicators, cartoners, wrappers, sealers, among others). Provide telephone technical support to customers. Modify machinery according to required specifications. Inspect, trace, and monitor equipment failures. Complete all required forms for each machine and service under your responsibility. Ensure proper requisition of necessary spare parts.
