Ensure the proper functioning of operational and administrative platforms. **Job Description** ------------------------- Develop, support, and analyze information management processes for the department and our internal clients, ensuring accuracy and availability, as well as enhancing operational and financial information for decision-making. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Generate, analyze, and manage various indicators, databases, and scenarios related to different GES processes to facilitate decision-making. * Define and propose improvement procedures through platforms that help enhance and automate the generation of reports required by departments for better decision-making. * Monitor governance related to the development of management and/or control processes and/or reports to standardize them within GES. **Job Challenges** -------------------- * Ensure the proper functioning of various platforms supporting operational, administrative, and information processes across the different GES areas served. * Substantially improve operational indicators, presentation metrics, invoice reconciliation, payment date tracking, etc. * Identify opportunities for improvement in departmental processes and design, develop, and implement improvement proposals to address identified opportunities. * Ensure operational discipline so that departmental processes are executed correctly from start to finish, aiming to avoid rework in information generation. **Required Skills and Knowledge** ------------------------------------------ Education: * Bachelor’s degrees: Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Computer Systems, Data Science * Master’s degrees: Administration, Finance, Computer Systems, Accounting, Data Science Required Experience: * 1 year in Data/Business Analytics, Accounts Receivable, Finance, or Administration Required Knowledge: * SAP * MS Office * Tableau/Power BI * SQL * VB Critical Competencies: * English Language Proficiency: Advanced **Relationships** -------------- Relationships Internal: * Directors and Managers – BSO and other VPs * Advisors and Analysts – BSO External: * External consultants **Diversity and Inclusion at CEMEX** ----------------------------------- At CEMEX, we recognize the diversity of the world in which we live and conduct business.
