




The leading tire company in the region invites you to join our team and grow with us as a: **COMMERCIAL ADVISOR** ***POSITION OBJECTIVE***: Carry out field-based commercial management and prospecting to identify new business opportunities, aiming to maximize company profitability and increase sales volume within the market, while maintaining strong customer relationships. ***EDUCATION***: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial or Industrial Engineering, or related fields (Must have degree title). ***EXPERIENCE***: Minimum of 3 years, preferably in the automotive or tire industry. ***AGE***: 25 to 45 years old. ***KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS***: * Knowledge of customer relationship management software CRM or ERP (Intelisis, SAE, SAP, Netsuite or similar), customer service tools, and B2B relationship management. * Knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques. * Excellent communication skills. * Results-oriented and goal-driven**.** * Proficient in Microsoft 365\. * Adaptability. * Excellent customer service attitude. * Analytical. * Proactive. * Dynamic. * Organized. * Ability to adapt. * Professional appearance. * Flexible schedule availability. * Willingness to travel. * Persuasive. * Extensive network of contacts . * Proficient in Office suite applications. * Completed courses or certifications in sales, business, and customer service. * Knowledge of manual and automatic transmission vehicle handling. * Familiarity with key players in the Mexican tire industry and its trends (Desirable). * In-depth knowledge of tire products, their applications, and technical characteristics (Desirable). ***VALUES*** * Honest * Commitment * Responsible * Passion for service * Teamwork * Loyalty * Respect **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform sales activities. * Open new markets. * Provide customer service and follow-up. * Grow customer portfolio. * Conduct scheduled visits to potential customers. * Perform after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction. * Provide product and service information required by customers to make purchases. * Identify customer requirements and needs, and provide recommendations. * Address and resolve all customer complaints to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. * Identify and explore new business opportunities, focusing on sectors such as automotive, freight transport, and vehicle fleets. * Answer company phone calls in a courteous and friendly manner according to service protocols. * Prepare Sales Orders and Invoicing. * Effectively and efficiently respond to customer inquiries. * Request properly justified credit notes, cancellations, and returns for processing and correction. * Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. ***SALARY***: $15,000 per month net of taxes, plus incentive ***HOURS***: *Monday to Friday from* 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. **LEGAL AND ADDITIONAL BENEFITS** Job type: Full-time Salary: From $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company vehicle * Discounts and preferential pricing * Option for indefinite contract * Life insurance * Company phone * Free uniforms * Additional vacation days or paid leave * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site
