Opportunity for strategic growth within the company **CONTROL SUPERVISOR** A construction-sector company is seeking a Control Supervisor to manage the proper project workflow and ensure projects are executed as planned in terms of schedule, cost, and quality. Job Objective: To guarantee administrative and operational control, monitoring, and proper execution of projects, maintaining coordination with clients, external supervisors, subcontractors, and senior management. Requirements: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field. * Experience: 2–5 years in project control and monitoring for construction projects. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Age: 25–39 years. * Residency in Mérida, Yucatán. Essential Technical Knowledge: * Proficiency in AutoCAD. * Proficiency in OPUS (budgeting). * Proficiency in Google Sheets. Main Responsibilities: * Approval of labor cost estimates. * Approval and generation of material requisitions. * Weekly updating of the construction schedule. * Generation of progress reports for management. * Coordination with clients, external supervisors, and subcontractors.
