




Job Summary: We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Coordinator responsible for property administration, supervision of preventive and corrective maintenance work, and budget preparation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance. 2. Comprehensive management of industrial properties. 3. Preparation and management of maintenance budgets. We are looking for a: Maintenance Coordinator in the Industrial Area ### **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s Degree or Engineering degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electronics, Electrical Engineering or related field (Diploma required). ### **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years’ experience as Maintenance and Property Administration Manager, supervising corrective and preventive maintenance work and preparing budgets. ### **Knowledge:** Construction, AutoCAD proficiency, construction logs, budgeting, estimating, customer service.
