Experience: Minimum 6 months as a Maintenance Technician, General Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Officer, or Maintenance Operator. Responsibilities: Properly execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs; complete corresponding logbooks; conduct daily facility inspections. Ensure appropriate cleanliness across all areas. Competencies: Electricity, finishing work, motor and pump operation, plumbing, air conditioning, carpentry.
