**Costs Leader** **Full-time** We are seeking a **Costs Leader** to join our architecture and construction team. This position is critical to ensuring proper economic–technical planning for each project and supporting strategic decision-making within the company. **Responsibilities** * Preparation of budgets and cost control. * Analysis of unit prices and updating of item catalogs. * Integration of quantity take-offs and validation of construction volumes. * Preparation of estimates based on project progress. * Monitoring of construction control and reconciliation of scheduled versus actual costs. * Coordination with Project Management and construction teams to ensure accurate information. **Requirements** * Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related degree. * Minimum **2 years of experience** in cost estimation, budgeting, or construction control. * In-depth knowledge of construction processes. * Proficiency in **Opus, Excel**, and familiarity with **Revit** and **AutoCAD**. * Strong analytical ability, organizational skills, and effective communication.
