We seek a **Cost and Budget Analyst** with strong analytical ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail, responsible for developing and consolidating construction budgets to ensure accurate cost estimation, economic viability, and technical precision of projects. **Responsibilities** * Analyze technical information and project drawings. * Prepare and consolidate **construction budgets**. * Generate and validate **quantities and quantity take-offs**. * Analyze **unit prices** and construction processes. * Request and compare **supplier quotations**. * Record and manage data in **cost estimation software**. * Validate consistency among quantity take-offs, quotations, and final budget. * Prepare **reports and supporting documentation**. * Support budget adjustments and budget closure. **Required Qualifications** * **Civil Engineering or Architecture** degree. * Minimum **2 years of experience in cost estimation and budgeting**. * Solid knowledge of **unit price analysis and budgeting**. * Proficiency in **, AutoCAD, and Excel** (intermediate/advanced level). * Ability to read and interpret **construction drawings and technical specifications**. * Familiarity with **Revit** is desirable.
