We are looking for a **Cost Analyst** to ensure profitability and financial control of our projects, guaranteeing efficient use of material, human, and economic resources. **Position Objective:** Develop, analyze, and control direct and indirect project costs, ensuring accurate budgets and profitable projects. **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop and update **project budgets** and **unit price analyses (UPA)**. * Quantify work volumes based on **technical drawings and specifications**. * Prepare **physical and financial progress estimates**. * Analyze material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs. * Compare original budgets against actual costs. * Support the **preparation of economic proposals and bids**. * Validate **change orders and price adjustments**. * Coordinate with **site supervisors** to obtain accurate information. * Maintain updated **control of inputs, productivity, and cost reports**. * Prepare periodic reports on **cost control and variances**. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Engineering, or Industrial Engineering. * **Experience:** 2 to 5 years in cost analysis, budgeting, or project control. * **Software:** Neodata, Opus, Advanced Excel, and AutoCAD (MS Project desirable). * **Knowledge:** Budgeting, productivity, construction standards, and cost control. * **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday. * **Work Mode:** Office. * **Location:** Mérida, Yucatán (ZIP Code: 97305\).
