**Join our company as Construction Resident** **Full job description** Education: Civil Engineering or Architecture Experience: 1 to 3 years in civil construction execution, construction control, personnel management, **knowledge of finishes**. Responsibilities * Quantities surveying * Estimations * Knowledge of costs and budgets * Project management schedules and timelines * Supervise assigned personnel. * Document construction logs (review progress of executed work) * Contribute to construction planning jointly with the Construction Manager. * Identify, manage, and resolve issues related to construction * Identify and assertively communicate to the Construction Manager any omissions or irregularities occurring on site * Execute assigned activities within established deadlines, ensuring project profitability * Review progress of executed work * Supervise construction progress * Prepare weekly progress estimations for subcontractor payments * Field-responsible for ensuring the project is executed per drawings, validating quality, execution timelines, and productivity. Manage allocated resources and on-site materials. * Collaborate effectively with subcontractors and direct staff. * Supervise and enforce strict quality and safety standards on site. * Review project drawings and conduct direct field verification. * Review and validate construction progress jointly with subcontractors, with direct communication to supervision. * Supervise construction timely and properly according to project requirements * Validate layout and leveling directly on site. ***Requirements:*** \*Studies in Engineering and/or Architecture \*5 years in finishes construction \*Reside near the work location — LOCALS ONLY \*Highly dynamic and proactive \*Excellent leadership skills **Supervise operational aspects:** * **\- Marble installation** * **\- Painting** * **\- Drywall** * **\- Ceilings** Competencies: Proactivity Organization Communication Responsibility Personnel management We offer: IMSS PROJECT-BASED CONTRACT TEL. 5613792317 Interested candidates please send CV.
