EFICON CONSTRUCTORA IS SEEKING CONSTRUCTION CONTROL General Responsibilities: Analysis and data entry into the Diazar control system. Control of estimates requested by Site Managers. Site visits twice a week to validate progress and materials used. Administration and control of construction budgets. Review and verification of contracts and additional agreements. Closing and control of contracts within assigned projects. Monthly expense recording for each construction project. Analyze actual costs vs. budgeted costs by concept, item, or construction phase.
