Civil Construction Site Manager **Job Type:** Full-time **Work Schedule:** Monday to Saturday Monday–Friday: 8 AM–7 PM Saturday: 9 AM–2 PM **Job Description:** We are seeking a responsible Civil Construction Site Manager to supervise, coordinate, and control project execution, ensuring compliance with drawings, timelines, budgets, quality standards, and safety regulations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise construction work in accordance with drawings and technical specifications. * Coordinate site personnel and contractors. * Monitor physical progress, schedules, and productivity. * Verify the quality of materials and construction processes. * Prepare daily reports and site logs. * Supervise compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. * Request materials and coordinate deliveries to the site. * Resolve technical issues on-site. **Requirements:** * Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (certified). * Minimum 1–3 years’ experience as a Civil Construction Site Manager. * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings. * Knowledge of site supervision and cost estimation. * Basic proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite. * Willingness to work on-site. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Statutory benefits. * Opportunities for professional growth. * Job stability.
