Collaborative work environment. At GRUPO FUORA, we seek a Junior Architect eager to grow professionally by participating in architectural projects from conceptualization to execution. We are a company focused on real estate development in southeastern Mexico, emphasizing design, functionality, and long-term value in every project. **REQUIREMENTS** Recent graduate in Architecture. Knowledge of construction processes and basic regulations. We seek candidates with a focus on design, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability. **Software:** AutoCAD, SketchUp, V\-ray, and Revit (intermediate) Adobe Creative Suite (basic) Microsoft Office Suite (advanced) **JOB DESCRIPTION** Preparation of architectural and construction drawings. 3D modeling and support for visualization. Management of construction permit procedures. Generation of project logs and construction progress tracking. Handling of construction estimates and cost calculations. **WE OFFER:** Participation in real-world projects. Learning about construction processes and holistic project development.
