**Summary:** The security agent is responsible for the safety of our staff, members, guests, and clients at all times while they are with us, supporting the Management team as needed. **Responsibilities:** * Responsible for guest care throughout their entire stay. * Ensure compliance with company information systems. * Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, standards, and local laws. * Security of guests, employees, and hotel property. * Conduct thorough and frequent patrols of the hotel following daily checklists for specific areas requiring supervision. * Complete a daily security report documenting all incidents, security issues, and matters requiring attention. Include all incidents involving guest medical assistance, loss or damage to personal belongings, disturbances, evictions, intrusions, loitering, fights, or assistance with room key access. Also include all incidents related to employee complaints, fire alarms, calls to 911 or police/fire departments, power outages, bomb threats... * Brand ambassador and protector. Guardian of the brand and company culture at all levels of the organization, both internally and externally. * Build relationships with guests to deliver personalized service. Ensure we treat our guests as if they were in our own home. * Resolve guest complaints using appropriate channels, handling all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible. Respond accurately and promptly to guest requests, creating positive outcomes that result in memorable experiences. * Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor or Manager. **Skills and Requirements:** * 1 year of verifiable security experience. * Prior hotel security experience preferred but not required. * Must be able to stand, patrol, and work outdoors if necessary. * Effective organizational and verbal communication skills. * Capable of speaking effectively to groups of guests and hotel employees. * Must be highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented. * Must possess excellent interpersonal skills. * Must be capable of performing physical activities. * Conversational English
