




Job Summary: Machining Quality Engineer responsible for inspecting parts, approving processes, ensuring quality, managing measuring equipment, and coordinating with production and engineering. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure quality and release machining processes 2. Manage and calibrate measuring equipment 3. Coordinate with production and engineering to resolve issues Quality Machining Quality Engineer Responsibilities: * Inspect parts according to drawings, GD&T, and applicable standards. * Approve first articles (FAI) and release machining processes. * Ensure control plans and quality procedures. * Manage and calibrate measuring equipment (micrometers, calipers, CMM). * Track non-conformities and corrective actions. * Coordinate with production and engineering to resolve issues. * Prepare quality reports and metrics. * Train personnel and participate in audits. * Halt and reject products outside specifications. Requirements: * Engineering or related technical degree; 3–5 years of experience in machining quality. * Knowledge of CNC, GD&T, metrology, SPC, and FMEA. * Experience in supervision and continuous improvement (5S, Kaizen).
