If you are passionate about quality work, excellence, and professional development, this is your opportunity to join a solid and professional team. **PROFILE** * Secondary or Technical High School diploma (preferably in industrial mechanics, welding, or related fields). * 5+ years of experience as a Sheet Metal Worker, pipefitter, or fabricator of metal parts and structures. * Age: 30+ years. **JOB OBJECTIVE** To fabricate, assemble, repair, and maintain metal structures, vessels, and metal components, ensuring dimensional accuracy, structural integrity, and compliance with safety standards and technical specifications. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Interpret blueprints, isometric drawings, and diagrams for fabrication and assembly of structures. * Layout, measure, cut, bevel, and prepare metallic materials. * Fabricate and assemble supports, ducts, vessels, tanks, bases, and structures. * Perform light and heavy sheet metal work according to project requirements. * Operate cutting and preparation tools: grinders, saws, oxy-fuel cutting equipment, plasma cutters, laser cutters, CNC machines, bending brakes, rollers, etc. * Conduct equipment and facility repairs and preventive maintenance. * Align and fit parts for welding, ensuring proper alignment, dimensions, and tolerances. * Perform leak tests, alignment checks, and verification of fabricated parts. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Assist with on-site assembly and disassembly operations. * Comply with safety regulations, use of PPE, and internal procedures. * Report malfunctions, deviations, and material requirements to supervisors. * Construct tanks, silos, and cisterns for storing solids, liquids, and gases. * Design and assemble custom metal structures (racks, workstations, etc.). * Support team members and personnel within the work area. * Train new team members. **KNOWLEDGE** * Ability to read and interpret isometric and orthogonal drawings. * Proficiency with measuring tools: tape measures, flexible rulers, levels, squares, vernier calipers. * Techniques for manual and CNC cutting, bending, assembly, and alignment. * Basic piping standards: wall thicknesses, schedules, and materials. * Industrial safety: tool handling, hot work, working at heights (if applicable). * Specialized welding techniques: TIG, MIG, STICK. * Lathes and milling machines (a plus). **SKILLS** * Precision and attention to detail. * Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines. * Manual dexterity. * Strong sense of responsibility. **WE OFFER** * Salary range: MXN $15,000–$18,000, based on experience. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Free uniforms. * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00; Saturday, 09:00–14:00. * Growth opportunities based on performance. * Work location: Cooperativa del Consumo 7A, México Nuevo, Atizapán de Zaragoza. **WE WANT YOU TO JOIN OUR TEAM—APPLY NOW TO BEGIN YOUR SELECTION PROCESS!** Job type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract.
