Join us and help shape the future of connectivity. **Job Description** * Supports the development of new equipment and production processes; provides training and technical assistance to production in coordination with national management and production teams. * Supports and implements planning, standardization, and execution of production engineering activities (change management, equipment planning, creation and release of master data, manufacturing methods, etc.). * Ensures implementation of the production concept and integration of new processes into the plant in collaboration with the national production concept team. * Supports definition and implementation of processes and material flows within the assembly area line configuration. * Ensures creation and maintenance of manufacturing master data, including but not limited to material requirements planning (MRP), production drawings, bill of materials, manufacturing execution system (MES) data, board designs, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), etc. * Creates, modifies, and maintains all master data and documentation related to manufacturing methods (work instructions, visual aids, etc.) and ensures machine and operator instructions are available and up to date. * Evaluates and manages implementation of new products and technical changes according to the change management process description per CP 2.2.2. * Ensures validation and release of production equipment, including but not limited to new material combinations, new tools, molding boards, module boards, templates, test benches, workstations or station designs and documents, etc. **Requirements** * Industrial Engineering or related field. * 2 years of experience. * Knowledge of CAD tools, ERP systems, MES, and lean manufacturing. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Results-oriented and ability to work in a team. * Intermediate English. * Intermediate–advanced Excel. * Intermediate–advanced SAP. **Additional Information** * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Food vouchers. * Free meals and transportation. * Weekly payroll. * Candidates of all genders are always considered equally.
