




Position Summary: Ideas Mobiliarium is seeking a Process Engineer for the design, manufacturing, and installation of furniture, with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization. Technical support for CNC processes and material transformation **Ideas Mobiliarium** is a company dedicated to the **design, manufacturing, and installation of commercial and residential furniture**, developing tailor-made solutions for retail projects. We are now seeking a passionate PROCESS ENGINEER committed to continuous improvement, process optimization, and teamwork. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field. * Age between 28 and 38 years * Residence near the work location * Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar positions * Knowledge of the furniture and retail industry * Familiarity with CNC machinery * Furniture manufacturing processes * Metals, wood, and acrylics * Electrostatic painting and finishing * Continuous improvement (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma) * Quality assurance and control RESPONSIBILITIES: * Analyze and document current production processes, identifying improvement opportunities. * Design and implement efficient processes ensuring productivity, quality, and safety. * Develop and implement **continuous improvement** projects focused on efficiency, waste reduction, and resource optimization. * Standardize processes through operational procedures, work instructions, and process sheets. * Provide technical support to operations and improvement of **CNC processes** for furniture manufacturing. * Ensure proper material transformation, including: * Metals * Wood * Acrylics * Electrostatic painting and finishing * Implement and monitor **key performance indicators (KPIs)**. * Conduct time and motion studies, line balancing, and capacity analyses. * Participate in **operational cost reduction** through process optimization. * Ensure compliance with **quality** standards, process validation, and technical specifications. * Coordinate root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions. * Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Procurement, and Logistics. * Comply with and promote organizational policies, safety regulations, and guidelines.
