Analyze processes to identify improvement opportunities in terms of time, cost, and quality. 3. Support the planning of process improvement projects and Dealer Standard initiatives, defining activities, responsibilities, and timelines under supervision. 4. Monitor assigned projects, coordinating activities across departments to ensure timely and proper execution. 5. Support the implementation of process improvements, ensuring compliance with requirements. 6. Develop and update flowcharts, procedures, work instructions, and operational forms. 7. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and project progress, reporting deviations and risks. 8. Coordinate follow-up meetings with involved departments and document agreements, commitments, and progress. 9. Collect, analyze, and document operational evidence required for Dealer Standard audits. 10. Provide support to operational and commercial departments in adopting standardized Dealer Standard processes. 11.
