Tracking of official letters, reports, and estimates **Supervision Assistant** A leading infrastructure sector company requires a **Supervision Assistant** to join an on-site project. Provide on-site technical\-administrative support, ensuring proper project documentation integration and control, as well as tracking of official letters, reports, and estimates in accordance with applicable regulations. **Essential Requirements** * Education: Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * Professional degree and license (mandatory). * Experience: 1 to 3 years on site or in supervision. * Basic English (use of simple phrases). * Intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. **Main Responsibilities** * Compile, organize, and update the project’s Single File. * Safeguard official letters, minutes, reports, estimates, and logs. * Assist in uploading information onto platforms (BIM or others). * Prepare informational notes and track requests and responses. * Support document control in compliance with LOPSRM and RLOPSRM. **Technical Knowledge** * Regulations: LOPSRM and RLOPSRM. * On-site document control. * Administrative processes for infrastructure projects. **Working Hours** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Project-based contract (until administrative closure of the contract).
