**DISPEL AE is looking for your talent as a CNC SETUP TECHNICIAN** Our company was founded in 2004 and has since expanded its operations across several states of the Mexican Republic, specializing in the metal\-mechanical industry. **Profile:** * Proven prior experience as a CNC Setup Technician * Experience in programming, setup, and operation of CNC machines, including lathes, grinders, and machining centers. * Solid knowledge of blueprint reading and dimensional tolerances. * Ability to perform tool, speed, and feed testing and adjustments to ensure machining quality and efficiency. * Ability to identify and resolve technical issues related to CNC machining. * Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team. * Results\-oriented and able to work under pressure. **Responsibilities:** * Perform setup and configuration of CNC machines according to product specifications and established processes. * Program and operate CNC machines using specialized software. * Conduct tool and cutting parameter testing and adjustments to optimize machining quality and efficiency. * Perform measurements and inspections of machined parts using precision measuring instruments. * Identify and resolve technical issues related to CNC machining. * Maintain accurate records of setups performed and problems resolved. * Collaborate closely with other team members to continuously improve machining processes and final product quality. * Comply with established safety and quality standards.
