Technical degree in Machine Tools or related field Operate, adjust, and supervise computer numerical control (CNC) machines to fabricate metal or plastic parts according to blueprints, technical specifications, and quality standards. This role is critical to ensuring precision and efficiency in machining processes. **Main Responsibilities** * Operate CNC machines (lathes, milling machines, or machining centers as required). * Perform loading, verification, and adjustment of CNC programs. * Interpret mechanical blueprints, technical drawings, and process sheets. * Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and cutting parameters. * Prepare the machine: part setup, initial adjustments, and program trial runs. * Monitor the machining process and perform necessary adjustments. * Verify dimensions and tolerances using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, comparators, etc.). **Requirements** * Technical degree in Machine Tools, Machining, Mechatronics, or related field. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience operating CNC machines. **Competencies** * Attention to detail and precision. * Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. * Responsibility and commitment. * Ability to work following established procedures. * Teamwork. * PC proficiency.
