Job Summary: We are seeking a technician with experience in CNC maintenance, focused on diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical, electronic, and pneumatic failures, as well as providing production support. Key role in preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of CNC equipment. ***MANDATORY EXPERIENCE IN CNC MAINTENANCE*** **Required Technical Knowledge** **Industrial Mechanics** * Mechanical transmissions (lead screws, gears, belts). * Hydraulic and pneumatic systems. * Mechanical alignment, adjustments, and tolerances. * Interpretation of **mechanical drawings**. **Electricity and Electronics** * Reading of **electrical diagrams**. * AC and DC motors. * Frequency inverters. * Sensors, relays, contactors, and servo motors. * Use of multimeters and electrical measuring tools. Main Responsibilities · Perform **preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance** on CNC machining centers, CNC lathes, milling machines, and auxiliary equipment. · Develop and implement **maintenance plans** according to manufacturer manuals. · Diagnose **mechanical, electrical, electronic, and pneumatic failures**. · Lubrication, adjustments, and calibration of mechanical components and linear guides. · Replacement of spare parts: lead screws, bearings, belts, sensors, motors, etc. Failure Diagnosis and Resolution · Interpret **CNC control alarms**. · Conduct functional and safety tests after repairs. · Record recurring failures and propose improvement actions. Production Support · Support **machine startups**, format changes, and fine-tuning. · Minimize **downtime** caused by equipment stoppages. · Coordinate with production, engineering, and external suppliers. Documentation and Control · Complete **maintenance logs** and technical reports. · Manage critical spare parts inventory. · Comply with **industrial safety and LOTO procedures**.
