Your involvement will be essential to ensure timely responses, adherence to deadlines, and correct execution of the incentive program.**Responsibilities:*** Provide operational and administrative support to the new regional incentive payment program, participating in information collection, document control, and coordination with involved departments. * Follow up on pending information requests with other internal departments. * Assist in preparing reports or deliverables required by the team. * Maintain updated and organized records to facilitate future inquiries. **Requirements:*** Currently enrolled undergraduate student in the final years of an Accounting program, with interest or affinity for the administrative–accounting field. **Not yet graduated.** * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Intermediate level of English. * Availability to work 30 hours per week for one year in a hybrid model (1 day per week at the office in Col.
