Experience in managing and administering debt portfolios. **Responsibilities**: Effectively liaise with competent authorities, representing the company in legal and administrative proceedings. Possess specialized knowledge in civil, criminal, labor, and commercial litigation to advise the company on complex legal matters. Demonstrate strong verbal communication and effective interpersonal skills to interact with all parties involved in legal cases. Timely and proper response to authority requests, ensuring appropriate documentation and follow-up. Adopt a results-oriented approach, proposing effective legal strategies and solutions to mitigate risks and protect corporate interests. Achieve debt recovery targets; coordinate legal and extrajudicial collection efforts.
