




Position Summary: Efficiently coordinate and supervise all customs traffic operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and import/export logistics. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership role in customs traffic and foreign trade logistics 2. End-to-end management of customs entries and coordination of customs clearance operations 3. Key interaction with carriers, shipping lines, and customers **Traffic Manager** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Customs, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in customs traffic or as an Account Executive. * Up-to-date knowledge of the Customs Law and Annex 22. * Knowledge of Mexican Official Standards (NOM) and non-tariff regulations and restrictions. * Experience in customs clearance and import/export logistics. * Knowledge of international treaties, certificates of origin, and tariff preferences. * Experience coordinating with carriers, shipping lines, and service providers. * Intermediate-level English. * Leadership, planning, analytical, and decision-making skills. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare customs entry proformas; prepare, validate, and pay customs entries; maintain control and logistics tracking. * Review and approve documents to ensure compliance with current regulations and laws governing customs entry records. * Coordinate customs clearance, quote services, coordinate with carriers, and provide customer support. **We Offer:** * Base salary * Statutory benefits * Thirteenth-month bonus (30 days) * Monthly food vouchers (10% of monthly salary) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $17,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Flexible working hours * Free uniforms * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
